Carpool

Carpool for Families with Students in Grades 8-12 Only

carpool for high school

Families of grades 8-12 will have to use the high school carpool ring and the entry on US 64. They will form two lanes in the carpool ring and leave the middle lane empty. After dropping off and/or picking up their children, they proceed to the exit towards US 64 or take the right turn to exit the campus through main entrance.

Important: If you have K-7 students in your car, you are not allowed to enter the high school carpool. Please follow the procedure #3 below.

Carpool for Families with Students in Grades 8-12 and K-7

First and foremost, if you have students in both campus buildings — the High School building and the Apex K–7 building — you must skip the High School carpool and proceed directly to the Apex K–7 carpool.

We have summarized their procedures below for your convenience; however, please be sure to check the TMSA Apex K–7 website for the most up-to-date and detailed information.

Drop-Off Procedures:

During morning drop-off, families with students in both buildings should drop off their High School students at the main entrance of the K–7 building. After being dropped off, High School students will use the designated student walkway to safely walk up to the High School building.

Pick-Up Procedures:

For afternoon pickup, first you pick up your K–7 students from the Elementary building, then you will proceed to the overflow/student parking lot, where you will meet your High School student. After all students are in the vehicle, you will exit onto US 64 by following the exit ramp that loops through the parking lot.
