Carpool for Families with Students in Grades 8-12 Only

Families of grades 8-12 will have to use the high school carpool ring and the entry on US 64. They will form two lanes in the carpool ring and leave the middle lane empty. After dropping off and/or picking up their children, they proceed to the exit towards US 64 or take the right turn to exit the campus through main entrance. 

Important: If you also have K-7 students in your car that attend TMSA Apex K-7 School, you are NOT allowed to enter the high school carpool. Please follow the procedure below. 

Carpool for Families with Students in Grades 8-12 and K-7

First and foremost, if you have students in both campus buildings (the High School building and the Apex K–7 building) you must skip the High School carpool explained above and proceed directly to the Apex K–7 carpool. 

Please familiarize yourself with the TMSA Apex K–7 carpool procedures for dropping off and picking up your K–7 student(s) first. The instructions below explain only how to drop off and pick up your students from the high school building.

Drop-Off Procedures:

During morning drop-off, families with students in both buildings should drop off their High School students at the main entrance of the K–7 building. After being dropped off, High School students will use the designated student walkway to safely walk up to the High School building.

Pick-Up Procedures:

For afternoon pickup: First, pick up your K–7 student(s) from the elementary building. Then proceed to the overflow parking lot (shown below), park your vehicle, and wait there for your high school student(s). Please do not stop, wait, or line up on the US 64 exit route. The US 64 exit route is for through traffic only. Once all of your students are in the vehicle, exit onto US 64 by following the designated exit ramp that loops through the parking lot.
