All student absence notifications must be submitted through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This system allows our attendance team to receive accurate, timely information directly from families and ensures that absences are recorded correctly.
How to Report an Absence on Infinite Campus?

Log in to your Infinite Campus parent portal account.

Navigate to the Menu and select More.

Click Absence Request.

Select the student(s) for whom you're reporting the absence for.

Use the Excuse drop-down menu to choose the reason for the absence.

Select the appropriate Absence Type.

Click Submit to finalize the request.

Excused Absence for Educational Purposes FormIf your student will be absent for educational purposes, you need to download and submit Excused Absence for Educational Purpose Form via Infinite Campus or email to Ms. Heather hestewart@tmsacademy.org.
Before downloading and filling out this form, make sure you read and understand TMSA Student Handbook Absence Section thoroughly. This form is only acceptable for valid educational purposes and requered documentation. Family trips or vacations will not be considered valid educational ppurposes.
