As a parent, I have been incredibly grateful for the experience both of my children have had at Triangle Math and Science Academy. The school provides a strong academic foundation while also giving students opportunities to grow through clubs, athletics, and leadership activities. My children have developed meaningful friendships with students from many different backgrounds, which has been such a valuable part of their education. I also appreciate the structure the school provides. The uniform policy and no-cell-phone environment help students stay focused on learning and being present during the school day. At the same time, what truly stands out is the warmth of the community. The teachers, staff, and families genuinely care about the students and support one another. I am a proud parent of 2 TMSA Triangle students. The school's education with its adorable teachers becomes captivating and quick-to-learn. There are things that need to be improved, but nothing is PERFECT. Those gaps are filling themselves out with appreciable efforts of TMSA. I do not regret for being part of such a meaningful experience!

We have been involved with TMSA Triangle since the beginning in downtown Raleigh. The quality of education has been astounding. While there have been glitches and growing pains down through the years the quality of education has not. TMSA will always have a fond spot in my heart. Since the kids have gone I substitute teach at both campuses. While the new facilities in Apex are great TMSA Triangle Cary will always be home.

Triangle Math and Science Academy is a very solid charter school in the triangle area and deserves to be considered if you are a student looking to peruse an education in business, engineering, mathematics, or any other STEM subject. The school is great for preparing students for college and their careers by offering college level CTE courses from PLTW. If you are interested in DECA or FBLA, TMSA boasts top chapters in both of those competitions. The main waypoint of this school is its lack of resources and facilities as it is not even done being built as of right now. This can mostly be attributed to its small size which gives it the advantage of allowing every student to get to know everyone else and feel more at home compared to schools with 2,000+ students. Most of all however I love the way that TMSA allows its students to take ownership of what they do both in their classes, their clubs, and other programs such as Leader In Me.

From 2018-2022, three of my sons graduated from TMSA Triangle High School, each uniquely prepared for college. Despite its small size, TMSA offered a robust educational experience combining traditional electives, NCVPS courses, and dual enrollment. Limited facilities didn't hinder extracurriculars; my sons thrived in soccer, basketball, and cross country through rented practice spaces. The new campus promises to enhance these offerings further. TMSA's commitment to academic and personal growth makes it my top choice for quality, free education in the area, and it remains my preferred choice for my nephew's high school education.
